EU Right of Withdrawal – Terms and Conditions
Right of Withdrawal
Customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order without giving any reason, except where an exemption applies under applicable consumer protection laws.
Exception for Personalized and Custom-Made Products
All of our products are handmade and made to order. Products that are personalized, custom-made, engraved, or created according to the customer's specifications are exempt from the EU right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
Therefore, once production has begun, personalized or custom-made items cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded unless:
- The item arrives damaged;
- The item has a manufacturing defect;
- The item received is different from the item ordered.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide photographs of the issue. We will review the claim and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, repair, or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Personalized or custom-made products;
- Items engraved with names, initials, logos, or custom artwork;
- Products made according to customer specifications;
- Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper care after delivery.
