Flupio allows for sellers to create a variety of services to make it easier for buyers to get their one-of-a-kind items quickly and securely. This Delivery Policy explains your delivery obligations as a seller and your rights and responsibilities when using Flupio.

Your Obligations to deliveries

Sellers within Flupio have all the tools at their disposal to create accurate and informative delivery offers for buyers, from a standard flat fee to upgrades for premium services to ensure faster delivery. 

Flupio communicates the settings for each seller to the seller and the buyer to ensure clear and transparent information is presented regarding the delivery. As a seller you are responsible for dispatching the item in the agreed processing time you set for products. You also agree to send this via the agreed delivery provider you state and the service the buyer chooses. 

As a seller on Flupio you ensure you add where applicable Full Tracking details for items or proof of postage in some cases. Flupio ensures accurate emails and displays across it's services are represented to the customers. 

We also understand that delivery service providers are not 100% on their delivery aims and we do ensure we communicate this as estimates and not guaranteed services. Each shop should set it's own policies on delivery aims and resolve it's customers queries within reasonable time if any problems arise. 


Delivering Your Items

Sellers are responsible for packaging and delivering their sold items to buyers. If you're using a delivery or fulfilment service, please keep in mind that you are ultimately responsible for making sure that your buyers receive their orders.

Flupio's Responsibility

Flupio has no responsibility on when a seller dispatches an item and the service provider they use. Flupio will monitor dispatch times of sellers and the efficiency of deliveries for our customers. Late dispatches, failed deliveries and high complaint levels will result in action being taken against a seller which may result in the closure of an account.
