By placing an order with Just Clay and Crochet ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("you" or "the customer") agree to the following terms and conditions:

All our items are handmade and may have slight variations in size, colour, and design.
We strive to accurately describe and photograph our products, but colours may appear differently on various screens.
Product dimensions and weights are approximate.
2. Ordering and Payment:
Orders can be placed through the site
Full payment is required before an order is processed and shipped.
Prices are in GBP and do not include shipping fees or applicable taxes, which will be calculated at checkout.
3. Shipping and Delivery:
We aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 business days after payment is received.
Shipping costs are a set £3.50 per order or free shipping over £35
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and location. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
4. Returns and Exchanges:
Due to the handmade nature of our items, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or significantly not as described.
If you believe your item is faulty or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photographic evidence.
We will assess the issue and, if deemed appropriate, offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
Return shipping costs for faulty items will be our responsibility.
5. Care Instructions:
Crochet items should generally be hand-washed gently and laid flat to dry. Specific care instructions will be provided with individual items.
Polymer clay items should be handled with care to avoid breakage. Avoid exposure to extreme temperatures and moisture. Specific care instructions may be provided with individual items.
6. Intellectual Property:
All designs, photographs, and content on our website and social media are the intellectual property of Just Clay and Crochet and may not be used without our permission.
7. Privacy Policy:
We collect and store your personal information (such as name, address, and email) solely for the purpose of processing your order and providing customer service. We will not share your information with third parties except as required to fulfill your order (e.g., with postal services).
