Product Description

These high-quality paper bags are perfect for making a lasting impression at any event.

They undergo thermal treatment at over 175°C to eliminate germs and bacteria, ensuring hygienic use. Ideal for holding candies, small biscuits, and various small items, these bags offer both practicality and elegance.

Additionally, they feature a special coating that makes them resistant to water, oil, and grease. Primarily crafted from durable paper, they are designed to withstand stretching and stress, providing reliable performance for a variety of uses.

PROCESS (ORDER → DISPATCH)
1. Select the Number of Bags you need.
2. Select the Bag Colour.
3. Insert the personalisation you want (in line with the template shown in the picture).
4. Place the order.
5. Send Image/Logo via Message, WhatsApp (+44 7543 742748) or email to info@nuragica.net
6. A preview will be provided (normally via Etsy Message) about one day ahead of the dispatch date.
7. We'll ask you a confirmation before printing.
8. We'll process printing and packaging.
9. We'll dispatch on the following day.

QUEUE & PREVIEW
We process orders on a First-come-first-served basis. However, we aim to provide you with a preview within 1 day from the shipment date. We kindly ask you to be patient and not ask for updates before.

DELIVERY & TRACKING
We do not have control over delivery time, this depends on courier infrastructure, courier partners, customs (when abroad), etc. However:
1. Standard National Shipments are generally delivered within 3 business days. This shipment is tracked only when the parcel is beyond 100g.
2. Standard International Shipments are generally delivered within 3 weeks. This shipment is tracked only when the parcel is beyond 750g.
3. Fast and tracked shipments can be selected at checkout.
4. Once we flag an item as dispatched, ETSY (not us) provides an estimated delivery window.
5. Our job is to prepare and dispatch a product or service, in line with your requirements, and ship within a specific date. Hence, if an item is delayed or lost, Etsy will issue a full refund under the Etsy's Seller Protection Policy.

• Once we send a design proof for your review, confirmation is required within 2 days. Failure to confirm within this timeframe may result in order cancellation, with a £4.99 design and preview fee or the lower amount between this fee and the total order cost being charged.
• Differences in colour tones between screen and paper are to be expected. Variations in shape and small defects from one item to another are inherent and are a result of standard piece-to-piece differences as our products are partly or fully handcrafted to order.
