Acrylic Bauble with crystals or snow inside and initial, rhinestone on bow and tied with coloured satin ribbon colour of your choice for hanging. Please advise if you dont want rhinestone on bow

Ribbon colours available : white, silver, gold, baby pink, baby blue, red, black, turquoiuse, hot pink, purple, dark green, navy, royal blue (please message me colour choice when you place your order)
Crystal colours available : clear crystals will be mixed with eirher of the following (turquoise, light blue, light pink, hot pink, black, dark green, purple)
15 Glitter initial colours shown : advise glitter colour number, sorry red, dark blue, rose gold also available but not shown
These baubles are made to order, dispatched within 5-10 working days depending on particular times of the year when I’m exceptionally busy. PLEASE ORDER IN PLENTY OF TIME TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT.

Your item will be carefully packaged and posted to avoid damage.
Returns In the event of damage to your item during transit, if you wish to receive a replacement or refund, I would require that you send the damaged product(s) back to me and I will be we would be happy to replace. Please keep in mind however, that the shipping of any damaged item would be incurred by the customer.
Please be aware that we cannot be liable for any additional fees if applied by the recipient country upon accepting the shipment are solely on the customer. Also we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the delivery system either in the UK or the country the parcel is going to.

Returns & Exchanges
Party With Sparkle accepts returns within 14 day(s)
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
To do this you must contact the individual seller within 14 days of receiving your item(s) and you must do this in writing. The seller can organise your refund or simply cancel the order if it has not been paid for.
Get in touch with the seller by clicking on the 'Message' link within your account -> Orders page, or send them an email directly. Their email address is provided in your confirmation of order email.
When contacting the seller, please state the order details (date of order, the username/email address you used to order, item name, quantity, price, etc.)
The seller will contact you to organise the return of the goods. Unless the goods are faulty, you are usually responsible for the return postage costs. The seller should provide a refund which includes the cost of outward postage within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or within 14 days of you providing evidence that you have posted the goods back, whichever is soonest. The seller is entitled to deduct money from the refund if the item shows evidence of use which diminishes its value.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
